☼ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

• For orders inside the Dominican Republic it takes from 2 to 4 business days.

• International orders takes from 3 to 18 business days, that depends on the shipping method chosen.

 

☼ ORDERS PLACED WITHIN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

Most orders require 3 to 6 business days to process from the time of purchase.

Delivery time varies depending on the shipping company you choose:

• BM Cargo (1 a 3 días)

• Caribe Tours (1 a 3 días)

• Entrega a domicilio (1 a 3 días)

• Metro Pac (1 a 3 días)

*Specify on the Note To Seller your preferred office to receive your items.

 

☼ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Most orders require 3 to 6 business days to process from the time of purchase.

We have two courier options for your convenience:

• DHL Express for a fast 2 to 6 days delivery (DHL Express does not ship to P.O. boxes)

• The Local Postal Service which varies depending on your location.

 

If you choose the Local Postal Service option, your tracking number may take some days to display information until the package arrives at your local post office.

When your order ships we’ll send you an email confirmation with the tracking number. Once an order ships it can not be modified or canceled. We are not responsible for international custom fees.We send the merchandise to the address provided by you, so make sure to provide it correctly.
